I've transfered from videotron Galaxy s23 with a SIM card to PM with a Pixel 7 with eSIM.
I went through the process, the system transfert everything and I've waited 48h.
I can call with the Pixel, but all the incoming calls are sent only to the S23.
Removing the SIM card makes all calls forwarded to voice mail.

Went to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset mobile network settings.
Received the sms on my s23, confirmed. Now it works.

Did you get a text from the videotron, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
