You meant you are waiting for the message from PM?

 

How long you have requested?  If it has been long, first called Fido to confirm if they have already trigger the process.   If so, ask if they can re-trigger the process, hence re-trigger the text

You should then get the text shortly after

 

If  waiting a bit longer and still not receive the text, you can open a ticket with PM Support using the direct link:

Hi @Hun 

before you Transfer out go to your account and remove your Autopay,

 

and if your account with PM not Active is not allowed you to Transfer out,

@Hun   to transfer your number to Fido, you have to request the porting on Fido website.  You likely have to provide them the Account number, which you can find it on My Account

And make sure you PM Account is Active. After you requested the transfer, PM will send you a text to confirm and you need to reply within 90 minutes.  So, make sure your PM SIM is still in a phone ready to receive text
