Transfer service to another Phone

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a replacement phone because my current phone is giving me battery issues. My current phone has a E-sim, I purchased a physical SIM card for the replacement phone but I am not really sure how I can transfer my existing service to another phone.

Is there certain steps I should follow? If there is a resource guide available that would be helpful.

download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your account and you can update or change sim number.

added...if you wanna use esim, just log in and buy a new esim..it'll end up being free for you as this is a replacement.
