Even when inserting the Public Mobile SIM card before the number porting has completed, the Public Mobile service should be working with the exception of some incoming communciations. Are any of your Public Mobile services working? If outgoing phone calls are working, and it's been less than about 90 minutes since the request was made, please re-insert your old carrier's SIM card. There is a text message from your old carrier that needs to be replied to.
