I’m having issues transferring my phone number. It has been 2 days and contacted PM multiple time through chat, but no success. Received a call once, but wonder if it’s a scam as PM is online only ?
I see that many in the community have the same issue. Was anyone able to solve this issue? Starting to regret switching provider, but the payment was done already.

can you make calls or not even able to make calls?
Make sure you remove old sim card, or if esim, disable it. Then reboot the phone and click Reset network settings
If you still just able to make calls and not receiving, It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number.
