Transfer phone number

Hi I did not fully transfer my phone number, and I cant send or receive text messages and its been over 90 minutes

HI @Dedoe  You are porting into PM , right?

 

i will send you a phone number and you can talk to live support.  Call them and they will tell you what you need to do

 

Check your Community inbox , envelope icon on top right , for my message

@Dedoe call your old provider and ask them to start the process again as I mentioned leave your old sim in

These 2 questions are key, if even one of them you answer no then you won't be able to complete your port and you will have to reinitiate the process

@Dedoe hi did you leave your old sim in to receive transfer request did you reply yes to text> is your old account still active?

@Dedoe   can you make outgoing phone calls?

 

did you already reply YES to your previous provider's SMS

 

After you reply the message, it usually take around another 1 to 2 hours, keep reboot your phone every 30 mins for an update

 

BUT.. if you cannot even make outgoing calls, let us know.
