When I changed from Telus to Public Mobile I was told I could transfer my cell number But I have been unable to do so. Please advise. Thank you Beth

have you requested porting in the phone number?
if you have trouble porting in, ask PM support agent to help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

you can for sure transfer from Telus to PM. Did you choose to transfer when you going through the subscription?
did you request and just waiting for transfer to complete or you just don't know how to request transfer?
