Hi, I gave a wrong imei when transferring my number to public mobile, so transfer is failed. Now I want to give my old account number instead of imei in order to success. How to do that?

When you put your PM SIM card in your phone, are you able to call or text out. Unable to receive calls or text. That is a sign of a incomplete port.
If incomplete port, there is a phone number to call to the Telus porting team. I will send via private message. Check your inbox (envelope icon on upper right corner of website).
