Transfer number not valid

Trying to transfer a number and it keeps telling me its not valid.

Yes both sims work.  I actually had them both on for a while. 

@wmssjones  I wonder if it shows as invalid because the port is already done. Did you leave the Bell sim in the phone to reply Yes to their SMS within 90 minutes?  Does the Bell sim still work?

I have opened an account and received a PM number already.   Also happened on the first try.

This an old number from an old rogers network..ported to bell and now trying to port here.

@wmssjones  Where are you transferring to and from?

are you transferring from Koodo prepaid?  if you are, you will need to get a new number first to complete the activation.  Once all done, you can then open a ticket with PM and ask them to help to manually bring in the number

if you are not porting from Koodo postpaid, you can ask PM to confirm why the number cannot be ported into PM

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
