1)How do I redo the transferring number process when wrong MEID was inputted ?
2)Listed IMEI is old device or new device in the part of transferring number?

@Weidi_vca Best to use old providers account number and ignore the IMEI . No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message call them and give the account number / not IMEI and they can re trigger port request for you
