There is no need to transfer fund. You need to get a new SIM card and change your account to use your new SIM card.
Click the "Change SIM Card" link to update your account.

If you lost your sim and have a new one, please don't open the new account just replace your old sim number with the new one

you can change the SIM card number on your account via Self-Serve by following these steps:
- Log into your Self-Serve account
- Go to Plan and Add-ons > Change SIM card
- Enter your new SIM card number into the field. Your SIM card number is found on the back of your SIM card, as outlined in the image below:

All you need is to purchase a new sim card.
Once you have that log into your account and click "change sim card". Green arrow on picture below.
Unless you created a new account with a new simcard??
Then you would have to contact moderators to see if they could help you.
Or private message them at link below.
