Log into your public mobile account if you want to port Koodo to Public Mobile.

You ported your Koodo number to PM.
Now, you want to transfer your number back to Koodo. Am I correct?
If yes, make sure your PM number is active and ask Koodo to port your PM number back to Koodo.

Is your Koodo account still active?
If you are prepaid or if selfserve refused to transfer it, please contact moderators

They will be able to complete it for you
If it's not active you should try activating it, then porting
For postpaid please login to your self serve, then go to plans and add-ons, then to change my number, then choose transfer number, key in the number and the form will appear.
I suggest you open your koddo account in another window to copy and paste into
