So I transferred my phone to a new phone but it says it cannot transfer my eSim from my old phone

Which model phone did you purchase?
You should be able to download the PM app to your new phone. Login to your account and then purchase new eSIM (should be free) and the eSIM will be active on your new phone. The old eSIM on your old phone will be inactive afterwards.

eSIM's are non transferable.
Great news though. If you've purchased an eSIM before, you can get another one free. Just log into your account on the app and purchase another eSIM. It will say $5 but at checkout it will go to $0. Easy as pie! Enjoy
