Sorry, at this moment eSIM cannot be transferred to another phone and PM cannot re-issue another eSIM either. This could be changed in a month or two. You could wait and not use your new phone until then
Or if you want to start using the new phon now, you will need to change back to physical sim. Get a PM sim card from Telus/Koodo store. Once you have the new physical sim, login to My Account, go to Profile page and request change sim there
