Transfer and very bad services

My number transfer to Fizz cannot be completed because I never received the authorization SMS from Public Mobile.

My Public Mobile eSIM never activated correctly, so I could not receive texts on that line.

Could you please manually approve or release my phone number transfer to Fizz?

You used my link above?  If the error is account some HTML error, you just have to copy what you typed , removed, and then right click and choose Paste as Text

Am I the only one who have not been able to submit a ticket ? It's been like 10 times im trying.

That is something that Fizz with work with PM since younported over to them.

You need to submit proper ticket to PM to ask for help 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
