Hello, I’m having troubling transferring my US number through the app.

this question has been asked before and as @Yummy has suggested, you cannot transfer a US number to your PM account. You can make a selection from the available numbers, but there's no US numbers here at PM. If you have a cell with dual sims, you can use one for PM account and other for US account.

If so, ensure that your app store location is set to Canada not US.

I am not sure you can port USA number. Only Canadian as I am aware...
