I have been trying to request a port transfer from PM to another carrier but I am not getting the SMS to my phone. I have tired to take out the SIM and put it back in but it is still not working. What can I do?

@Aneesa - you need to contact the NEW provider that you are porting to. They are the ones that resend the porting request to Public Mobile
You need the PUblic Mobile SIM Card in your phone to approve the text. Ensure your Public account is still active.
Edit - fyi @softech , OP is porting out of Public.

@Aneesa so, you didn't get the porting authorization text from our old provider?
No worry, there is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
