Transfer Number from PC to Tbaytel

Hi, I’m having trouble transferring my phone number from Public Mobile to Tbaytel. I replied ‘YES’ to the SMS from Public Mobile to approve the transfer, but my number still hasn’t been moved. Can you please help me?

"Hi, Tbaytel told me they initiated the porting, but Public Mobile didn’t accept it. I received an SMS from Public Mobile to approve the transfer and replied YES, but nothing has happened yet. Can you please help me authorize it?"

You'll need to contact Tbaytel as it's the carrier receiving the phone number that is responsible for a customer service and troubleshooting relating to phone number porting.
