Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well!
I have recently bought a new S25 Ultra and I need to transfer my ESIM from old to new phone. I tried directly transferring from old phone but its not working.
Also while logging into my PM account, it always brings me to the same page. I could not find any other options.
Can someone please help me on this, your help will be really appreciated.

@Sandeep2111 eSIMs are not transferable. You will have to download the PM app to the new phone you will be using, log in to your account and purchase a new eSIM. Once PM recognizes you as a current subscriber, you will receive a credit back for the cost of the eSIM. Keep an eye on that though, as some folks did not receive the $back and needed to reach out to an agent to reimburse. Hope this helps

Hi,
For the Samsung s25, you must first unlock the phone with a physical SIM card. No way around this, no bypass. You can use any sim card. Borrow one from a friend, co worker or family and insert it in the phone.
If you have no one to borrow from, you have to purchase one.
Once it's unlocked, you can then use wifi to download the Public Mobile app to your phone and purchase the eSIM.
You go to purchase sim card, purchase eSIM.
As for not being asked to sign in, if you cannot sign in you will need PM customer service help first.
You can message them at the link below for assistance to unlock your account.
