Tracking phone

Help, a phone has been lost and location service is off making the find my phone function not work. I can see that the phone is on and has a 30% charge. I can make it make a sound, but we are not sure where it is. Can Public Mobile tell me which cell towers it is closest to so I can narrow the search. The phone is losing its charge and my time is running out.

@alexisbg , Public Mobile should be able to assist with your request.  Initiate a ticket with the moderator team.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link.
