As my data is fully consumed and still have 15 days to go for account renewal, I thought to top up my account with $30 for 1GB data just about half an hour ago. Account page does show $30 as account balance, but nothing shows up in 'My Add-Ons'.
I already rebooted the phone as well as reset the Network settings on iPHone 5S, but the internet is still not working.
Please help. THanks.

Hi there,
So you're half way there it seems. You've already add the $30 to your account. You now need to go to add-ons and select the 1GB for $30. That will consume the $30 and give you 1GB of data!

Since the money is in your account, you just need to purchase the add-on (step 2).

Thanks. Even though, I see the Available Funds $30 (blue box, in the link provided), I don't see any Add on listed in 'My Add-ons' when I go to the 'My Plans and Add-Ons' page.

You might have topped up your account, but not actually purchased the add-on.
