Took more from bank account?

I just completed a payment, and chose "amount due" which was 129 after the available funds was 6.00 (my plan is 135) but how come when i checked online banking, it showed that PM took 145.00 instead! Im not understanding why it took more than the amount due?

@Carribre The price displayed on the website does not include taxes. 

The price charged to your credit card includes applicable taxes.

If the 129 is pre-tax then that means they probably took 145.77, which is the after tax amount if you live in ontario with 13% tax rate. Unless the 129 is post tax?
