Toll Free Number Unreachable

Why some toll free numbers can not be dialed using our Public Mobile number? I want to reach +18082015967 (LBC hotline), but I can't. I tried restarting my phone 2 times and still I can't dial the above number. Any idea why?

@Ted6615 You are correct. Your initial post title and text though refers to it as a toll free number ie: 800, 833, 844 etc. I just dialled the number and the message says the number is not in service.

Edit: misdialed, it actually rings when I call it and get the message to check the number as it cannot be completed as dialled.

@Ted6615 808 is not a toll free number. It is the area code for Hawaii so unless you have a plan that includes US calling or a USA long distance add on you won't be able to call it.

Sorry, this has been an issue for some clients for a few months now. No explanations were given.

Please create a ticket and ask a Public Mobile agent to correct for you.
