Why some toll free numbers can not be dialed using our Public Mobile number? I want to reach +18082015967 (LBC hotline), but I can't. I tried restarting my phone 2 times and still I can't dial the above number. Any idea why?
Thanks. My plan includes roaming to USA and Mexico. Certainly, Hawaii is a US territory, so those call should go through. Unfortunately, calling +18082015967 seems restricted that's my I am reaching you and the CS.
