I tried making some calls to toll free numbers (1-888 or 1-800 numbers) and i always get a immediate error saying your call can not be completed. I can make calls to regular numbers, my texting and data still work. I tried restarting my phone multiple times, but still having the issue. Any idea how to fix this issue?

you will need to ask PM to refresh your account
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Same thing is happening to me, tried several 800, 877 numbers, all say some variation of "can't be completed". I haven't traveled anywhere recently.

Known complaint recently. Usually from customers who recently traveled outside Canada and returned and having issues with 1-800 number. PM is working an a fix, but may take several weeks to fix.
You will need to contact customer service agent. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
