Did you place the old sim card from your previous carrier back into your phone to see if you receive the confirmation text from them?

or put the PM sim card in, see if it connects to PM network and can get the text

you were using the app to activate and got to the end of the subsription?
and is email an option to receive the code? do you see Didn't receive code button, click and see if email is an option
and did you request porting in number? check the phone with the old sim there and see if the sms sent there. Also put the PM sim in the phone, see if it connects and the message could sent to the PM sim that way
if nothing works, please submit ticket with CS agent for here here
