We are trying to submit a ticket to port a number

Check your Private INBOX messages, I have sent you the TELUS Porting phone number. Maybe they can help.

I have done all of that. It won't accept my number. We are trying to get Public Mobile to send Telus a request The process won't accept our phone number that we are trying to port

Sign up first dont port while activating the sim. Always better to sign up get a random phone number then in your account click on change phone number then pick port your number.

Its free and super easy to do.

Or are you trying to port from say koodo? Then just type in search CS_agent click that send a message and its pretty quick

Do you have a current account with Public Mobile @Chicken ? If not, then you can port your number over to public mobile during the sim card activation process. Activation pages here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

 

Or, did you already do this and you are try to port a number in afterwards?

HI @Chicken   which is your current/old carrier?  for most of them, you don't have to submit a ticket.  You can do all these on your Self-serve My Account

 

Login to My Account, click Change Phone Number.  There is an option to transfer number, pick that.  Then enter your phone number and then select your current/old carrier.   For the old account info, try to use the account number

Try different browser. Try incognito mode. Clear browser cache,cookie, Try refresh.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.
