Hello, I recently switched my service over and transfered my phone# but my transfer is not complete, no one is able to call me, i am not able to send or receive text messages. Using eSim

I replied Yes, it was a partial port. cannot text in or out and incoming calls are not working. I did have a ticket. waited 24 hours. just created another one as per your suggestion using the link in my inbox. Thanks for trying to help

The Koodo porting support team is not able to help, so I would't bother with that number.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
and can you receive inbound phone calls, especially from Non-Telus/Koodo/PM phone? If you cannot the port was not done
