If a lot of customers are having the same problem then its not a coincidence. As I mentioned in another post, no incoming calls and texting incoming/outgoing. Data is working. but I paid for the full service.
I replied Yes, it was a partial port. cannot text in or out and incoming calls are not working. I did have a ticket. waited 24 hours. just created another one as per your suggestion using the link in my inbox. Thanks for trying to help
