I just transferred two phones from Rogers and cant get inbound sms mms nor 2FA no interc transactions. I try and file a ticket and the bots think they know everything. I am going to wait 3 hours and go back to Rogers

It worked. I put my old SIM card in again then took it our and put PM SIM card back in now its working

@David1090 and you are still on this community? Did telus piss you off that you decided to cancel home services?  Thank you for your insight.

Hi , I ported into PM Friday. Still no luck with text messaging or a reply for my “service ticket” so I went back with Virgin yesterday (Tuesday). Went to a Bell / Virgin store to get it done. Bell and I were on the phone with Telus to try to get my number ported back with no luck. Telus owns PM but they can’t port for them and they won’t give a PM contract number. Long story short I don’t have my old number and have a new number. Been working contacts, bank logins, etc today. Oh, and of course canceled my Telus home services today too. A lesson learnt.

So far everything except sms 2fa interac transfers and mms not qorking inbound

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?

if SMS, probably a problem with activation.  Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
