This should not be this hard to change plans.

I keep trying to change my plan from the $25.00 plan to the $40.00 plan. It took 40 from my account, but now shows me on the 25 dollar plan again. This is the second time this has happened. This is the problem when you can't talk to an agent.

You're right, that worked. Thanks for the help.

Not sure what the incognito/private mode means

It is a tab that can be opened without any garbage details saved in your cookies/browser/etc.

It can help with finicky website issues, using these tabs.

You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

@Kcfan205 , use incognito mode on your browser to view the self serve account.  You are seeing a cached page.  If upon renewal, $40 was taken then you should be on the $40 plan.

@Kcfan205 - are you choosing the Change Now option, or at Next Renewal?

Note if you Change Now you will not be prorated any of the funds you already paid on the $25 plan, and any rewards are forfeited this time around when changing plans before renewal.

@Kcfan205 Did you select to change your plan now or during the next renewal? Did you try using incognito/private browsing mode?
