If your Plan is in suspension, you will NEED to add Funds to RENEW your plan WITHIN the 90 day period from the time your account is in suspension
IF you should FAIL to do so, then this is what will occur:
Your Sim is no longer active and Need to purchase New Sim Card
Your Account is Deleted, and Phone # Forfeited/ Lost
ALL Credits, Add-On's associated with your Old Account are also Forfeited/ Lost
Also, if on a Promo that's no longer available OR a Plan with Old Rate at the time, ALSO Forfeited/ Lost
PERMANENTLY
You will be REQUIRED to purchase NEW Sim, and New Plan that is CURRENTLY available
IF you wish to retrieve your OLD Phone #, You can try requesting a PM Moderator to see IF that is still possible
If NOT, then you MUST pick a New Phone #

IF People fail to do their due diligence, then it would be on them.
There's MORE than enough Info now stored that the prospects of Not finding Relevant info on issue is VERY Remote, UNLESS The Info was Removed
