Try clearing cache and or using the incognito mode in Chrome browser. You can also try a different web browser.
You edited the original post to "please delete". Is this problem resolved?

Hi @computer!
There is most likely a space at the end of the sim number.
scroll with right arrow and then use backspace to delete the blank space before and after the sim card number and try again. It will work.

The activation service can be finicky at times. Try clearing the browser cache. Most customers report good success using chrome browser, incognito mode.
