My husband and I both have Public Mobile accounts. He received an email telling him about the upcoming free gifts, he also received a text and has now agreed to accept the extra data and international minutes. Both of which now appear in his account. I have neither received the initial email or the text so that I can claim mine. It is four days until the final day as indicated in the email of the 15th. Who can I contact?

Thank you very much, my husband has already erased his reply so I couldn't see where it came from. I'll be patient and wait a couple more days. I do find it odd that I didn't even get the email telling us about the free gifts this year. If we didn't have two accounts in the house, I would have thought they were not doing it this year. We've had the service for just over three years. This is the first time I've been on Community.......no problems up to this little glitch. Thanks again!
