Texting

I have a plan with texting

But when I send a message PM replies I don't have it includes in my plan 

I can't send or recieve messages from anyone other then the PM BOT telling me I don't have texting included 

Anyone can help ?

After just trying to make a call that isn't working either ... Wtf public mobile, 

This isn't cool 

I have a active plan and can't use it...

Looks like it is... I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working 

I had texting yesterday and today nothing

I am getting the same error with a new plan activated yesterday.  

Looks like its a global issue?
