I activated a new SIM, and phone calls seem to be working but texting doesn't seem to be working.

Ì know this can be annoying. Try restarting your phone and wait a min before turning back on or maybe the sim card is in wrong..

submit ticket with support to fix . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
