Hi. I have two accounts with two emails.  I got text on one phone about upgrading my plan to a better one for a low price. How do I go about getting that same plan on my other account too?

Unless Public Mobile is also offering that same plan to the other account, you won't be able to get that plan on that account. Not all accounts are eligible for the same plans.

Sorry, the offer is only good for that particular account, PM won't extend the offer  to your other account that didn't get that text.
