Why is my "congrats" message coming at midnight? It use to come at noon and now wakes me up every time? How can it be changed back?

It was always like that, at last since 2021.

You can add 611 to your contacts and assign <silence> as notification sound and remove vibration.

@cmessier Yes, not a great time for notification.  Used to be another time but PM changed it since last year.

I do not recommend you to block the notification as you would miss the important one (some of them are indeed useful)

I suggest you to add it to a contact, then select silent notification for this contact.  In this case, the message will come but won't wake you up, you can go back and check the message
