Hi there,
I send bulk text messages for work, and now my texts are not working at all— I have unlimited messages, but I wonder if public mobile thinks I’m sending spam ( which I’m not) and has banned me or something. How do I fix this?

hi @Elso the limit could be around 200 to 250
ask PM support to check if your account was flagged for sending out spam
