Text messages about renewal

Several months now I stopped receiving text messages reminding me my renewal is coming due.   

I get other spam messages from public mobile, but not the ones I want to receive.  

Any ideas to fix?

Sorry for asking, but why do you need Public Mobile to remind you of renewal day?

No unfortunately its been maybe 1 year now since they stopped sending those messages.
