If you want to suspend service for less than 90 days. Just login to your account and go to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Subscription Renewal (Active)>Unsubscribe.

If your is suspended then make a manual payment with your CC on file or with vouchers.

@bigoncia If you are asking about stopping your service for a short period of time, simply unsubscribe from auto renewal. In the app under manage subscription, at the bottom is subscription renewal. Turn that off, when your renewal comes up, it will fail for lack of funds. You can keep your account this way for 90 days. After 90 days you lose both your phone number and your account. Best to try renewing at about day 85 in case any difficulties arise.

@bigoncia you can suspend up to 90 days. 

Make sure you have no Available Funds, then login My Account, go to Payment > Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed 

If you need to suspend more than 90 days, the most you can do is suspend for 85 days , them make a payment to renew for 30 days and suspend for another 85 days and repeat until you are back
