I can’t top up my load saying temporarily suspended. I’m trying to create an account butmy number showing invalid number.

@joybaltazar_29...with you pre-registered credit card, you can try calling 611 to top up your account.
You can call 611 and pay using payment vouchers as well.

@joybaltazar_29 Are trying to activate your sim card? Are you receiving an invalid SIM card error? Or are you trying to add funds to your account?

@joybaltazar_29 has your account been suspended more than 90 days if so it is closed permanently

@joybaltazar_29 your sim is locked for attempts. Wait 50 minutes from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card.
