Tells me I have enough balance when my balance is $0

I am trying to add funds so I can pay my bill. It’s currently showing I have $0 but when I try to add funds it says I have enough balance currently. It’s very frustrating I want to get the payment over with.

Go back into the one-time payment part of your self serve account but for payment type, choose "other". You can then type in any whole dollar amount that you wish.
