Callers have told me that my line is not in service

A Public Mobile account being suspended does not result in the person calling the Public Mobile customer hearing a message saying that the phone number is not in service.

I am in Longueuil, Quebec. My family has also public mobile and have no issues.

what is your current location? any chance you are in Cariboo Rd (North), British Columbia  or Lac Ste Anne County, Alberta?  They have active service issue there

if you need PM to help to reset your line, please open ticket with them

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

I did reboot my phone many times. I am not able not make or receive any calls. My account is active and I do have data. My phone is iPhone 14

Reboot your phone and check if you can make calls and if you can use mobile data

also, check your My Account to confirm if your account is active
