I'm looking for a new SIM card to be mailed to me. I've been having connection issues and was advised by tech support that it sounds like a SIM problem and I should ask here for a new one.

It was a tech support agent who said to post on here and a moderator would reach out. I'll try replying to the ticket I had already opened but when I suggested that to the tech agent she said no, create a post on here.

@bsiggelkow hi no use asking here we are customers like you, use the ticket you have open and ask a cs agent to look into it for you or go to a koodo or telus store and pick one up for 10 bucks

Was a it a Public Mobile CSA who said that? If so, I would contact that CSA and ask one be sent to you.
