I'm looking for a new SIM card to be mailed to me. I've been having connection issues and was advised by tech support that it sounds like a SIM problem and I should ask here for a new one. Thank you
It was a tech support agent who said to post on here and a moderator would reach out. I'll try replying to the ticket I had already opened but when I suggested that to the tech agent she said no, create a post on here.
