Tax Invoice for 2023

I'd like to get a tax invoice for 2023.

How should I proceed to get it?

HI @Palombaggia login to My Account and you can go to Payment history and download the invoices for 12 months

but if you want Jan and Feb 2023, you probably won't see them there as it only keeps 12 months, but support agent can help.  

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

@Palombaggia  you can only go back 12 months in your account under payments section and download you bill history . But for a more formal invoice you have to ask support for it 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
