System issue: found in paying list

I have paid for new 30 days 3 days ago, but it seems didn't be charged. I found that in my paying list show "system issue", Should I pay again? and my bank account doesn't have paid record. Does that mean the paying failed?

I would suggest checking your credit card records to see if you were charged.  If you don't see it, you probably should try it again.  If it was charged 3 days ago, I would suggest messaging the Moderator Team describing your payment issue.

@maddie Do you mean that you put funds in the account 3 days ago or that it was supposed to renew with autopay 3 days ago? What is your account status? Is your phone still working?
