Switching to koodo + getting Samsung Galaxy S9 Bonus

Hello, anyone knows how many bonus can be put on top of the other while switching ? I get the 100$ bonus to switch and referral bonus. I'm wondering if the $150 bonus can be added to this by picking up a Galaxy S9 preorder. Anyone was able to do it ? I'm on the fence as well but that's a lot of bonus one on top of another if that's possible.

Koodo site says the $150 credit can't be used with any other promotional offer.  To check for sure you probably have to contact Koodo
