I currently am under the $35 plan using the old rewards point system, I do not plan on opting into the new "public points" program. I am considering downgrading my plan to the $25 a month plan. If I do so will my reward points switch over to the public points since the old reward program is not offered anymore OR is my reward program attached to my account (vs to my plan)?
